SEATTLE

Seattle, a city on Puget Sound in the Pacific Northwest, is surrounded by water, mountains and evergreen forests, and contains thousands of acres of parkland. Washington State’s largest city, it’s home to a large tech industry, with Microsoft and Amazon headquartered in its metropolitan area. The futuristic Space Needle, a 1962 World’s Fair legacy, is its most iconic landmark.

EVERETT

Everett is the county seat of and the largest city in Snohomish County, Washington. Facing the coastal waterlines, it is located 25 miles north of Seattle and is one of the main cities in the Puget Sound region serving the major employers like Boeing or the Lewis-McChord military base.

EASTSIDE

The Eastside refers to a collective list of suburbs outside Seattle located on the east side of Lake Washington. It is a thriving community that is comprised of cities like Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah, Newcastle, and Mercer Island.

NORTHEND

Nestled on the north end of Seattle, a number of residential communities like Edmonds, Lynwood, Lake Forest Park and Shoreline create a bucolic environment outside the business of Seattle. These northwest Seattle suburbs have gorgeous views of Puget Sound.

SNOHOMISH

Snohomish is the oldest and best preserved city in the Greater Seattle area. The city’s historic district boasts many beautiful Victorian and Art Deco-era homes built around the turn of the century. Beyond the downtown historic district, the river and Harvey Airfield, are stunning valley farmlands, lined by gorgeous mountain views. Further in any direction, are rolling hills, both farmland, forest, and suburban sprawls.

How it Works

I’ll walk you through the entire process

K

Goal & Expectation Setting

My real estate goal is to deliver exceptional service with transparency, efficiency, and a modern edge. I aim to help clients make confident decisions by aligning their lifestyle needs with the right investment. Whether buying, selling, or investing, my priority is creating a seamless experience with results that exceed expectations.

K

Showings & Offers

Showings are brisk right now, with well-priced homes seeing 12–14 showings before going pending. In King and Snohomish counties, average days on market is just 5–6 days. Many buyers are submitting strong offers, often waiving contingencies like inspections to stay competitive.

K

Closing!

Real estate closings are the final step in a property sale, where ownership officially transfers from seller to buyer. This process includes signing all required documents, finalizing the loan (if applicable), and disbursing funds. Once recorded with the county, the buyer receives the keys and the transaction is complete.
